"The property is a lovely little find in Porthmadog. When you enter the house, the two bedrooms and bathroom are there on the ground floor but a short flight of stairs takes you to the living area which has the most wonderful view through a picture window of the estuary. We spent a lot of time just looking at this - tide in, tide out, swans, a heron who came each day and the way the view changed according to the weather. "Myself, my daughter and our elderly dog stayed here for a week in early summer. A beautiful setting in an idyllic and peaceful location. The perfect place to get away from it all. The host met us when we arrived and had already got the fire going in the cottage. The accommodation was comfortable and our dog loved exploring outside. All are tastefully furnished. TV and internet of high quality. Apartment is convenient to all tourist sites in the area. Marks and Spencer Food store not far away."
