「We had a great stay. The condo is wonderful. Our only complaint, albeit minor , is that a couple of the beds are pretty uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a great stay and we would rent it again. 」

「Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

「The property was very clean and listed accurately. It was spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had just enough of what you’d need to cook. The deck was wonderful to relax on with full windows out looking the mountains with beautiful sunsets. The street has a culdasack 」

「We really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. It was fully outfitted with games and toys which made traveling with our young child way easier. We really enjoyed the fireplace and firepit outside. This property is located close to the action of North Conway but feels really peaceful. We’d love to come stay again, for longer!」

「Loved everything about our stay, except…. it was confusing regarding whether there was A/C. The units were off when we arrived and the welcome book specifically noted there was “No A/C”. I did try turning 2 different units on but they wouldn’t come on so I figured it was true, no A/C. I’m seeing the listing indeed shows there’s A/C. It was a hot stay for us, but we didn’t stay long so it wasn’t horrible. But it would’ve made the entire trip even better. 」

「This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property.
