"Wonderful luxury hotel in the best location near the pedestrian area and all the shopping as well as parks and baths The reception staff are amazing and incredibly helpful The breakfast was “ok”… the food spread was not bad although you expect more from a 4 star hotel and the staff are friendly and work very hard but ….. it seems a bit disorganized and the kitchen bit slower in responding to guest requests such as eggs , coffee etc…otherwise no complaint Rooms are extremely nice, cozy, romantic and very clean All in all highly recommended and a must repeat for our next visit to Baden Baden …"

Nice old hotel

"Service and staff were excellent. Old style hotel with no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up some steep stairs. Breakfast was wonderful and the garden was so beautiful. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Class and elegance,warmth and sophistication- we found it all in abundance at Brenners’ Resort and Spa👑The staff was attentive to every detail,the room was cleaned and prepared with fruits and treats 3 times per day which was amazing ❤️One can film a romantic movie on the territory-so beautiful and inspiring it is. "The best! I’m a frequent guest at Aqua Aurelia. Probably have stayed there 25 times and it is always consistent and good. Really good. I don’t have staff names correct, but two women and guys are always great - Gi, Kathy, Rene, and guy that works both desk and restaurant, as needed. "
