This serene 4-bedroom holiday home in Roumont accommodates 9 people comfortably. It is perfect for a group of 9 or families with children to stay. They can enjoy relaxing on the private terrace and in the private garden.

Long walks in the beautiful Belgian Ardennes region is all you need for the vacation. The forest nearby at 1 km is perfect to experience the wildlife of the region. You can treat your taste buds to the local cuisine from the restaurants at 5 km. There is a well-stocked supermarket at 5 km to buy daily groceries.

The living-dining room has a fireplace to keep you cozy while you sit together for evening snakcs. You can cook dinner from the modern kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable with 5 single beds. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en het huis is voorzien van prima faciliteiten. Groene en rustige omgeving. De locatie is ideaal om leuke dorpen en steden te bezoeken als Dinant, La-Roche-en-Ardenne, Houffalize en Bastogne. In de regio zijn veel brocantemarkten. Prima verblijf!

Mooie plek vlakbij het bos, perfect voor liefhebbers van rust en natuur. Het huis ligt in een klein schattig dorpje. Het huis is heel ruim, met veel extra ruimtes, zoals een bijkeuken, zeer grote hal en studieruimte etc. Een tip is wel om het huis een nieuwe verfbeurt te geven en versleten meubels te vervangen. Het oogt namelijk wat vermoeid. De bedden liggen goed, nieuwe matrassen den dekbedden zo te zien.

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst vriendelijke mensen. Het huis heeft een typische ardense stijl. De leefruimte is ruim maar de keuken is wat aan de kleine kant. Boven zijn er 2 grote slaapkamers en 2 kleine, ook 2 moderne badkamers. Het huis is kraaknet. Je kunt er gezellig buiten zitten en genieten van de stilte. Het huis is ideaal als startplaats voor verschillende wandelingen en uitstappen.

Charmantes Haus, bezauberndes Ambiente (Chateau, Park, Dorfplatz), gesunde Umgebung, große Ruhe, freundliche Gastgeber! Wir genossen als Großeltern mit Sohn, Tochter und zwei Enkelchen eine gemütliche Ferienwoche und freuten uns über den eigenen, uneinsehbaren Gartenbereich und die Stille in der Nacht. Die Schlüsselübergabe (vorab-Email durch den Schlosshern) funktionierte prima. Gut zu wissen, dass man nach Roumont muss und nicht nach Bertogne (so adressiert Belvilla). Das Haus war sauber, die Bäder sind auf gutem Stand und hygienisch. Wer ohne touristische Attraktionen, ganz auf sich gestellt und sich genießend, radelnd, wandernd oder einfach im Garten chillend ausspannen will und den Charme alter Häuser mag, wählt hier gut.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay.
It is a gorgeous property, convenient to Bastogne and surrounding area. Parking is onsite. Wonderful area to enjoy your family or friends outside and plenty of room inside. Loved it.

Één klein minpuntje......wij hebben liever alles in 1x te betalen dan dat er achteraf nog een melding komt van nog zoveel voor elektriciteit, zoveel voor water,..... Dat kan toch in een totaalbedrag verrekend worden zodat je enkel nog een waarborg hoeft te betalen bij aankomst? Dank

Charming spacious comfortable house , in a very pleasant and tranquil spot, breathtaking views.
This great house offered us all we needed for a family and friends weekend getaway. We had a comfortable stay with a lovely fireplace, and a very spacious dining area. Surrounded by some outstanding countryside, a joy just to walk out the house and take a walk in this peaceful area. And your nearest shops etc. are just a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and kind, and made us feel at home, we will certainly be coming back!

Mooi huis. Aardige eigenaar. We hadden kort een probleem met een afvoer en hij kwam meteen ons helpen. Volgende morgen was het al gerepareerd en we kregen een fles wijn met excuses. Erg behulpzaam! Helaas geen WiFi in het appartement, maar voor de deur van de eigenaar konden we de berichten binnenhalen -)

Het is intussen mijn 3e keer dat ik een weekend in dit huis mocht verblijven...na lenteperiode en een herfstperiode, was ditmaal de winter aan de beurt en ook dit keer stelde het huis en de ontvangst van de eigenaars niet teleur. Vriendelijke, warme ontvangst. Het huis is nog steeds even verzorgd, al lekker warm bij aankomst en hout ter beschikking om de haard aan te steken. Ditmaal is er zelfs gezorgd voor een Wifi-verbinding.

De aankomst was zeer aangenaam. We waren niet afhankelijk van een vaste tijd. De eigenaars waren zeer hartelijk en namen de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Het zag er zeer schoon en netjes uit. De bedden lagen goed en er was zeer veel ruimte. De omgeving is prachting en nodigt uit om een flinke wandeling te maken. Zeer geslaagd weekend.
