"I really enjoyed the cabin although the TV was small and we was unable to watch it while lying in the bed due to where it was located at. The whole furniture set up could have been better. Overall I would still recommend the stay all in all. Replacing the location of the TV and upgrading the size of it is what I would recommend. "

"Overall it was a wonderful experience! My only minor complaints were that the listing didn't show that you either have upstairs or downstairs neighbors (if I had known I would have asked for the upper level instead) and out hot tub had a tree blocking some of our view but my partner appreciated the privacy it afforded so no harm no foul but it was slightly misleading compared to the pictures on the listing. Everything else was great though."

"The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy."

"It was my eldest grandson and son’s 26th birthday and all he wanted was to go to Estes Park. I am so glad we found this property. It was much better than the pictures. It was cozy and comfortable. Met our needs. Thanks for having us! "

"This was our sixth stay at Cabin on the Rocks and always it was a wonderful respite from daily life. Dave and Diane couldn't be better hosts. The back deck and hot tub are certainly the stars of the show; but the cleanliness, the location, and the personal touches are what keep us coming back. The condo was absolutely immaculate, the bed I slept in was gloriously comfortable, and the river that runs right behind the property provides the most lovely water sounds. The location is tucked back away from the road which makes it more peaceful and further enhanced a lovely experience with numerous walks along the river. "

Water pressure could be better in the shower but there’s a lot of room in every room you go in. The view is just beautiful and we even found a small trail in the rocks behind our cabin. "Hotel was clean and quiet. With 3 kids in tow (15,14,13) the game room, pool, and fire pits were well received features by all. The attached restaurant could stand a revamp with staffing and understanding of meal timing, though. We were the only seated table. No one received their meal at the same time (with incorrect items) and our appetizer came after all our food. Overall, we would return to the hotel without hesitation. And given the number of people going in and out of the Mexican restaurant across the street try that place next time."
