Or explore Tuggerah Lake for a wonderful stroll that takes you all the way to The Entrance, if you turn right. To see Chittaway Bay and glorious Chittaway Point, just turn left.
This beautiful lakeside property welcomes you with a brand new large front deck. Once inside you will be captivated by the view and quality furnishings. Enjoy!
For those that are up early, you can't beat the spectacular sunrise over the water. The sunsets are also often reflected onto the white fluffy clouds.
The Space:
After you have taken your eyes off the view, you will appreciate the quality layout and furnishings. We have tried to think of everything. This property has been fitted out like you would furnish your own home. Two TVs (One smart (Netflix and Stan), one analog), should you want to relax in front of a good movie. Or use one of the two DVD players. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots / pans and utensils you need. Just bring your own food. We do provide the essentials, such as olive oil, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, etc.
Then, after showering in either of the two modern bathrooms, dry yourself off with fluffy white towels. As you slip into bed, you will feel the comfort of the 1000 thread count cotton sheets.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the majority that the property has to offer. Only the garage and a few cupboards are locked and used for storage. There is plenty of available storage for you.
The Neighborhood:
Berkeley Vale has many amenities on offer. You only have to walk about 50 metres to find a convenience store, pharmacy, bottle shop, fish and chips or an Italian restaurant. Or a very short car trip (roughly three minutes) takes you to Chittaway Bay Shopping Centre; with Coles, Post Office, a Pub, Bakery, Butcher, Hairdresser, newsagent, etc. This is a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Don't forget to smile and say hello to anyone you pass, as you walk around the lake.
Getting Around:
There are regular busses near by, along with Tuggerah train station being less than 10 minutes drive away. We also have a reasonable Uber service. However, it is best to explore using your own vehicle.
Interaction with Guests:
I will respond to messages or phone calls when needed. Otherwise, I will leave you to enjoy yourselves, undisturbed.
