I don't know what everyone else looks for when they are staying in a transient residence. I want easy in and out, a quiet room with a good bed. Nearly any place is "good enough" when I am staying overnight. This room had a coffee maker, small fridge, and a microwave along with the TV and WiFi. A very good connection. I did not hear anyone in any room around me, nor the sound of flushing or showers. Great for a good night's rest.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean. Somewhat dated but I was ok with it. There is a Denny’s across the parking lot which was very handy for breakfast.

The gentleman at the check-in was really nice and help full. The room was clean, clean carpet and have no smelled!!!! We got 15% off for the breakfast next morning at Denny’s. that was great. Really recommended if you are in the area and looking for the nice and quiet hotel to rest for the night.
