Superb Apartment With Magnificent Sea Views From Terrace & Infinity Pools

A spacious fully air-conditioned two bedroomed apartment, comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard. The private terrace is ideal for al fresco eating, sunbathing or simply relaxing with a drink and enjoying the stunning views ... or cool off in one of the two infinity-edge swimming pools exclusively for residents' use (only 25 metres from the apartment). Local facilities: supermarket, pharmacy/medical centre, bar and snack bar and the highly recommended La Cumbre Restaurant which also has its own communal pool and small outside bar for tapas and drinks. Adjoining the area is the spectacular Granadella National Park which is ideal for walkers and climbers. There is also scuba diving, kayaking, sailing, tennis, karting, riding, boat trips, and golf courses nearby. It's only a 10 minutes drive to Moraira or Javea with their excellent beaches and wide choice of shops & restaurants. A car is essential. Fibre INTERNET / WIFI included. There is a security camera device for security purposes only outside the front door. It is not activated when guests are booked in.

Great Stay but didn’t anticipate the distance to local shop Restaurant Pharmacy ( not walking distance) saw loads of sights and the views from the apartment make up for everything beautiful so if you don’t mind driving perfect place to stay.

Stunning views
As everyone says, this is an amazing nest up in the clouds. The apartment is very comfortable, and communication with the hosts is excellent. Angie has put together one of the most comprehensive and helpful guest books we've ever seen, and we've seen many. We liked the location close to Moraira. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment with spectacular view
A very nice apartment, and the view from the balcony is spectacular (which I got quite addicted to, with our binoculars!). The infinity pools are fantastic (bring your own, or the chairs provided in the apartment) and currently have security guards for most of the day. Air conditioning in all rooms, an extremely well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and living room. Also good sized bathroom. Just a couple of items could do with being updated, and it would be perfect!

Super appartment with great view
The appartment is very well located, well organized with all you need. The location provides access to see, shops, restauarants and cities close by. It is very quired, swimming pool at 25 meters, excellent wifi, and nice balcony with super views. We enjoyed Moraira, Calpe and Altea. Almost everyday you may visit different markets nearby.There are several supermarket around. Al the information provided by the host Angie will make your stay easy. For a relaxed holiday you shouls visit the place.

Very nice apartment, very relaxing holiday
This was our third visit to the apartment, it is just as described, the views are fantastic and it is always clean on arrival. My daughter likes the wifi ( very fast) shops and supermarkets in the surrounding area are well stocked and easy to get to. We had a very relaxing holiday, didn't want to leave.

Appartement propre et bien équipé, vue panoramique extraordinaire. 2 superbes piscines à débordements à quelques mètres de l'appartement. Le logement est vraiment très bien. Il est très bien équipé. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Les piscines sont très proches et pourtant il n'y a aucune nuisance sonore. Communication avec Angie très facile.

Points forts de la location proposée: sa vue panoramique & sa double piscine à débordement + place de parking "privative". Equipement proposé très complet: Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo-congélateur pour 4 pers., Machine à café Delonghi, Aspirateur (pratique pour faire le vide d'air pour compresser ses vêtements dans sa valise), table à repasser + fer (éventuellement), linge de maison fourni (état impeccable, voir neuf), équipement cuisine très complet fourni, papier WC d'avance, climatisation dans les pièces principales, TV avec chaines FR GB Allemandes Espagnoles, bains de soleil (2) + parasols (2)... Et le petit plus lorsque vous arrivés après 7h00 de route: la bouteille d'eau fraiche au frigo (le TOP!! ). Si je devais résumer notre séjour en 1 mot: MAGNIFIQUE! Une dernière remarque: cela fait plaisir d'avoir à faire à des propriétaires honnête à tous points de vue, et joignables si problème(s). Tout est préparé pour un excellent séjour : informations préalables et modalités pratiques pour accéder au logement, book de bons conseils mis à disposition, un équipement complet dans le logement...et un site très beau. L'appartement est très agréable, très bien exposé et bien équipé. La piscine est a quelques mètres seulement, c'est vraiment super avec des adolescents. La propriétaire est disponible et à l'ecoute. Je recommande très vivement cette location, excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Las vistas son espectaculares, el apartamento es cómodo y está en una zona tranquila. Imprescindible el coche para ir a la playa, pero puedes elegir entre varias cercanas según tus preferencias. El entorno es muy bonito.

schönes Appartement mit toller Aussicht
Das Appartement war sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Da wir zwei Wochen da waren, waren bereits zusätzliche Bettlaken und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die beiden Pools sind bestens zur Abkühlung und zum Schwimmen/Planschen geeignet. Wie in der Beschreibung stand braucht man ein Auto, da man zu Fuß weder Stände noch Restaurants erreichen kann. Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit.
