気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Everything needs to be manually triggered, no obvious service: from the elevator that cannot automatically start the fan when people are inside, to the room service that does not clean the rooms unless asked to.
And when checking out, they claimed I did not pay, I had to search in my emails to find the receipt that proves that my payment was already made.
The check in process is unecessarily annoying for foreigners: Even though I provided my passport, I still had to fill a form about my entry in the country, even though I had an entry visa stamp on my passport I was still required to go on the visa website and get a copy of the actual e-Visa and provide it to them.
WiFi connection limited to 2 devices even though we booked a large 3 people room, even after contacting them about the issue, we still had to go down to the reception and get a list of scratch code for the WiFi.
Service always slow, we request a service and get it at least 3 hours later.
