Very basic facilities - TV not working - water heater not working - no power back up ( power outages frequent )- no restaurants ( need to order on apps)- room not cleaned during the 48 hrs ( apx) of stay

Very bad experience
Even though had a made a full advance payment for 3 rooms, they denied to give us rooms saying they have not received any payment.
After COVID all online transactions have been cancelled. I need to sort this problem with Hotels.com and need to pay them again if I want a room.
Was with a few friends and reached hotel at around 7pm. If this had happened with a family it would have been a very difficult scenario.
