"The Story Homestead was a wonderful place to stay for our family's autumn getaway to NH. We loved exploring the surrounding countryside, which was ablaze with fall colors. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing family meals, and the spacious bedrooms ensured everyone had a comfortable stay. A truly memorable experience - highly recommended!"

"Great location and house! Right on the water with a dock for your boat, with a boat launch down the street. Lots of beds and the game room is awesome. Keep in mind there is no AC, so it gets really hot at night. They have 4 box fans but you may want to bring one from home. No dishwasher but they have everything you need, but I would bring disposable supplies. The host was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place! We stayed over the Fourth of July and the location was perfect....

We thoroughly enjoyed using the gas fire as it was chilly each evening being that it’s November. "I stayed with my girlfriends for a Dartmouth homecoming weekend. It was the most perfect cabin to come home to after the long days/nights. Enough space for the 4 of us to hang out together but also have privacy. It was modern yet cozy and super clean. About 20-25 min from campus. I would highly recommend this stay. Seamless check in and check out, no hassles. Thanks for making this a wonderful weekend!"

"We loved this house, it was clean, the fireplace worked, the beds were comfortable. We made ourselves at home. If you're sensitive to road noise the property is right by roads that have cars driving by so you don't get the quiet you might expect from the photo. It also only has a Keurig and I would have appreciated a coffee pot and electric tea kettle. Great view and fall colors though! "
