Incrível, otima localização, otimo atendimento, area de lazer perfeita com vista linda. Só um problema na *PRIVACIDADE*, entre os quartos tem uma porta com fechadura que permite visibilidade entre os ambientes, tive que pendurar toalha para tampar.

Hotel bom, porém o wi fi não funcionou bem !

Funcionários muito atenciosos , principalmente Flávia na recepção , Vinicius e Eli no café da manhã . Café da manhã muito bom e completo . Wi fi não funciona bem ! Quarto individual muito pequeno e as portas do armário não abrem totalmente ! Pedi upgrade para um quarto com melhores condições e o gerente me cobrou R.320,00 a mais no valor de 6 diárias , sendo que em geral os hotéis oferecem um upgrade sem custo extra nenhum, quando o hóspede sinaliza o problema ,que no caso a dificuldade para acessar os armários. Devido falta de espaço , como tambem ter acesso a janela do quarto devido não ter espaço para tal . Quarto individual excessivamente apertado !

Muito Satisfeito com pequena observação

Excelente!!! Algumas observações são importantes, porém aceitáveis. 1) Café da manhã mediano e incompatível com os demais serviços oferecidos 2) O SPA não esquentou, solicitamos várias vezes e não conseguimos sucesso, viemos embora sem desfrutar desse serviço que foi um dos pontos de decisão para a escolha do hotel. Enfim, sabemos e entendemos perfeitamente que que o hotel está em fase inicial e aperfeiçoando os seus serviços. Apesar das observações, o Pallazio Torquetti será o nosso hotel da próxima vez em Belo Horizonte. Abraço...

Hotel ainda não está totalmente operacional. Café da manhã e quarto excelentes. Estacionamento terceirizado muito ruim, em obras, com entrada que demanda muitas manobras para veículo grande. Voltarei quando estiver totalmente concluído.

Novíssimo e moderno...

PONTOS POSITIVOS: Hotel com estrutura novinha, recém-inaugurado no início de 2025. Nosso reservado mais parecia um flat, tendo quarto/suíte, além de um lavabo com chuveiro (!!!); assim, eram 2 banheiros ao todo. No ambiente principal havia fogão, geladeira grande, microondas, sofá-cama, mesa grande, pufs. Nem usei, mas havia 2 tevês (sala e suíte). Enfim, acredito que o preço esteja muito aquém neste início, pois pagamos preço de um apto normal na região. Aparentemente, ainda estão funcionando apenas no 14º e 15º andares, sendo que neste último ficam piscina, sauna e servem o café da manhã. Tem-se uma vista panorâmica incrível de toda a cidade. Em maio de 2025 a academia já tinha seu espaço reservado, mas ainda sem os aparelhos instalados. Funcionários todos muito cordiais. Durante o lanche, o garçom Vinícius (nascido e criado em MG) ainda me ajudava explicando os melhores pontos turísticos de BH e região circunvizinha. PONTOS NEGATIVOS: Exaustor da suíte não existe ou não estava funcionando. Não achamos tomada 220 volts; só tinha 110 volts mesmo, que é padrão em BH. O jogo de luzes do apto é ótimo; todavia, na suíte não tinha abajour (luz horizontal), mas apenas luz branca de teto.
