If you are looking for a comfortable place to sleep and don't want to be in a hotel it's a go.
Bed, bedding and towels are nice and the space is very clean.
The space can feel cramped, especially the bathroom as it is a single wide trailer and has a full size tub and toilet. The sleeping areas are tight but not bad overall if you pack light.
This appears to be a reclaimed trailer that's not entirely free of it's former abandoned status. Many of the drawers and closets are difficult to open and ultimately close again. There's significant grime in the window casings and not all windows have screens. It was hot and stuffy so it was necessary to open every available window. Some of the windows with exposure have no coverings/ blinds so the sun beats in. The place needs airing as well for the smell of mildew. It's very musty when you walk in and aired out by day 2 thanks to a breeze.
If you plan to cook, reconsider. While there's a full size fridge and stove with oven, there's no cookware to speak of. As others have mentioned there's a giant pot, one extra small frying pan and some bowls. There are utensils and plates for 4, but only 3 cups and 3 glasses. Thankfully there were only 2 of us.
Some paper towels would be nice, along with a couple of coffe pods to get you started. And since you have to clean your dishes by hand, a new sponge for each stay would make it feel cleaner. The floors are counters were spotless, so i would have imagined more readily available and unused to
