「Lovely property- had everything our family of four needed. Clean and well appointed. The only downside was communication- we arrived to check-in 10 minutes after the appointed time (2pm) and the cleaners were still in the middle of cleaning the house. We would have been fine with this if the delay had been communicated to us, but it wasn't. We had to get in touch with the host, who claimed to be unaware of the situation. However when listed with a heated pool that pool should be heated.I paid extra for the pool compared to other houses in the area. They did try and fix it over the weekend but i believe it should have been checked prior to us arriving Also had a chef come in and cook dinner for us but there wasn't enough wine glasses for us all.
