"We stayed 3 nights in Casa Marina in Puerto Ayora. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! The property owner Celso is very communicative, and made everything easy. Our flights were at odd times, and he provided us with an early check in and late check out so we weren’t stuck with our bags while waiting for the correct time. His manager Andrea was very helpful, and Gloria made sure the house was clean every day. The property had more than enough room for all 4 of us to spread out....

"Tatjana was very helpful with information prior to arrival, including the costs and processes to arrive at Santa Cruz. She also arranged the taxi that was on time and efficiently got us to the VRBO. There is AC in the bedroom and a new washer/dryer. They also had 2 bicycles and some snorkel equipment. Very nice to have these amenities!"

"Initially we were given a balcony room where the tree was blocking the view, the staff were very helpful and swapped us to a room on a higher floor with a perfect view. The facilities are great including a fridge and air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was tasty. The room and whole property was kept clean including the pool. It took us about 5-10 minutes to walk to town where the restaurants are. There is an amazing view from the rooftop, sadly this wasn't cleaned for a few days whilst we were there with glasses and bottles left on the table, probably from other guests not tidying up. I would recommend anyone to stay here, if you can stretch your money the balcony room and view is so worth it!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

A Perfect Stay in Paradise

"We had an amazing stay at Maidith Galapagos in Puerto Ayora! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The host was outstanding—incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with arranging tours, cabs, and sharing great local recommendations. Our room was beautiful, well-appointed, and kept spotless thanks to the exceptional maid service. One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast—10 out of 10! Each morning featured a delicious, different hot meal, freshly prepared and beautifully served. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the center of town, close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is charming, with lovely design touches and a small pool in the courtyard that adds a relaxing, tropical vibe. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santa Cruz! It truly made our Galápagos experience even more memorable"
