"Great location. Great communication from the organization. They were very accommodating and kind to me. I extended my stay and they kindly checked in on me. The accommodation itself is great. "Fantastic apartment with great facilities. Good quality fixtures and fittings. TV could have been a little bigger but this was a very small complaint. Everything was clean and well presented as well as having a secure entry. Hreat to have an enauite and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"All of our guests for the Hen weekend made the weekend fun and the local cimmunity were really friendly. Unfortunately I had a few issues with the host, Chris. I had requested an early entry by 2 hours and in short was told yes for £50 payment as he had to arrange someone to be at the house. After a further 4 messages to Chris which were not answered I had to phone him and was reduced to tears by his hostility. He bumped up payment to £100 claiming I left it to last day to confirm this. "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"

"We spent the New Year on Bute and the was in the perfect location not only for its views over the Firth, but also for exploring the rest of the island. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Coach house!! It was prefect for our group of 9 and our dog. Mark was a great host and was in communication with us before and during our stay. The property was exactly as described, the pool table was a huge hit. The property was very well equipped and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the heating but Mark responded immediately and it was fixed. We love to return in the future!! "
