「The beds are too soft for my liking. Everything else was perfect!!」

「It offered a kitchenette with full refrigerator and hot plate stove top for cooking. Really convenient. The wifi was stated as free but you are allowed only one device. I had more than 2 devices due to business and had to pay additional for wifi to work on my laptop. That was my only issue. Outside of that eveything was excellent. The male staff was very helpful to us. 」

「It has been awhile since I’ve stayed at motel 6. Close to 15 years. I had made a reservation for nonsmoking king. After I was checked in, I didn’t realize that hotel did not have an elevator and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Being that I recently had surgery, climbing stairs was not an option for me. The desk clerk was asked if they could place me in a room on the first floor. Immediately the desk clerk tried to say they didn’t have any rooms and they were full. After it was asked how could...

「First off the check in staff was polite, efficient and helpful. Then what I got upon opening my room door was a pleasant surprise. The room is what I'd consider perfect. It had everything I needed and more. It's my hope to make this my hotel of choice.」

「Carpeting in hallways was soiled and frayed, tv not working in the room. First room was extremely smoky, so requested a different room which was somewhat better. Dresser drawers were broken in the second room.」
