Weekend Getaway
First, I’ll say this little rental is precious, clean and comfortable. I do emphasize little because it is tiny. The bathroom is extremely small and you really have to shower with the doors open or you will not have room to dry off. The backyard only has one seating option and is smaller than the picture shows. There is no ice maker so make plans to bring a cup of ice from whatever restaurant you eat at. As for the positives, it is nicely decorated and furnished, not a wasted spot in the place. The bed is very comfortable and the linens are nice. Some curtains would be nice if you want to sleep past daylight. The location is perfect, there is literally a taco stand in your front yard and a coffee shop and ice cream shop in your backyard. Everything you need is very close. It is a bummer that you can’t have a golf cart because that is one of the fun attractions when you visit BSL. Overall it is a cute little rental that you will enjoy if you are aware of these little things ahead of time.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was amazing. It was about 100 yards to Main Street, and then about a 5-10 min walk to the coast/beach. Along Main Street were some cute boutiques and felt very charming and quaint. The unit itself was perfect for us. With it being a 1 bedroom unit, there was separation from the bedroom, which we loved. The bed & couch were super comfortable. There was a small kitchenette so we could keep drinks & snacks. Everything was clean and ready for us to check in when we arrived. The check in was so easy as you just enter your code to your unit and done! We cannot wait to visit BSL again and will look to stay at this property again!!

Comfy and cozy
My husband and I brought our dog down for her first trip to the beach. The fully fenced courtyard was perfect for her to play in. The bed was so comfortable that I took a picture of the tag and intend on buying one for our home. The Martin House was just as described and was a perfect fit for us. So cute, comfy and cozy! By the way, the Buttercup recently closed but the Mockingbird is just a block down the street and has delicious breakfast and lunch.
