This gorgeous -2000 square foot, tree shaded property- home has lovely green space to welcome you, family and friends!

This Home is located in OLD TOWN BAY SAINT LOUIS with street lined historic Oak trees, absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

You are a half block walk from the beach and 3 blocks to where all the incredible restaurants, bars and shops are located! Another BONUS!

Coastal Style Architecture that has been updated. It is so CLEAN and PRECIOUS!

SUPER comfortable MEMORY GEL foam beds with NEW fresh clean linens for some restful night's sleep. We bleach all of our linens, so you know that they are super CLEAN!

Newly installed coastal gray flooring and tons of windows and French doors that allow natural light to flow throughout this wonderful home.

It has all the amenities you need! Stainless CLEAN appliances, brand new Cuisinart toaster oven and Cuisinart knife set, brand new Dual pot and pod coffee maker, new modern stoneware dishes, TONS of stainless-steel designer flatware, nice new cooking utensils, short and long stem wine glasses, and other drinking glasses-coffee mugs, both for the home and on the go! Along with NEW full nonstick pots and pans. It is a wonderfully equipped kitchen!

Window above kitchen sink with new modern faucet, looks out to the beautiful street with barely any traffic. Just another pretty view this gorgeous house offers!

Flat smart screen TVs in every room. Option to stream if you want through your accounts, but still the benefit of cable. Two large flat screens, one in great room and another large one in master-BTW- The MASTER BEDROOM IS HUGE! There is an AC window unit just added in case you like the bedroom extra cool.

We have two medium sized flat screens in each of the other bedrooms -free cable and Wi-Fi provided! ALL ROOMS WITH FLAT SCREENED TV'S.

Large outdoor patio table and chairs with umbrella and new gas grill! Fenced in back yard area. with detached garage for golf cart or a car. This is also where a brand-new washer and dryer are located.

If this is what you are looking for to take some stress away and decompress, please come and stay at this easy-going remodeled vintage cottage. You won't regret it!

We also have 4 new backpack beach chairs, towels, and umbrella for hanging out on the beach. Again, a short stroll to the water!
