We are frequent flyers with this hotel. Staff is always super friendly, rooms well taken care of and spa is amazing!! It’s def it our first choice hotel in Niagara.

The property was easy to find. The space was plentiful for our group. However, the furnishings and bed were basic. There was no view and the noise from the highway was loud.

My overall three star rating was based on -
Expedia advertised the property as having an indoor/outdoor pool. I was not initially made aware of the pool repair and it subsequently being out of commission until March 2025, until after I reserved our room.
My wife was looking forward to use of the pool as advertised on Expedia.
The paint fumes and other chemical smells from the pool renovation fumigated the entire building ( some sections were better than others).My wife and I had to change rooms because the fumes were so strong in our original room that it gave us headaches.
We were relocated to a satisfactory room by the gracious hotel staff after I informed them of the problem.
My breakfast from the restaurant was done wrong and when my new order came the home fries were under cooked. (The potatoes were cooked on the outside and raw in the middle). Eddie the kitchen staff was so kind I didn’t have the heart to send it back a second time.

"Everything was great, my room, except it was cold, but they sent some up right a way and fixed it, the lobby, the restaurant, staff were top notch. Location was great. So much snow you could barely walk down the sidewalk in Toronto, but I understand that that is not typical."

"Really like the staff,hotel, everything about it. Pool was nice, only downside is the doors slam so easy so if you don't have respectful people. I can wake u up. Also, the go around with hotels.com was stressful, not the hotels fault."

"Great place to stay at, renovated rooms. There are some weird smells in the building but not foul smells. Overall, good location, professional staff. My check in staff she was very helpful when I didn’t like my room because of no light coming in the room and small window."
