Yes, the property was clean/new, but the neighborhood looks very sketchy, and I was uncomfortable with the area. THEN, we had to move on Thanksgiving Day because we had no running water. The first night, it did not get hot, and we asked them about it, and they said they would fix it and offered for us to take a shower in one of their other homes. With no choice other than not have a bath, we did go to the other property to take a shower of which was recently occupied and dirty. Then, 2nd day, no water whatsoever. With no explanation of why we paid for a property with no water, we had to move with our kids ON THANKSGIVING DAY!! The woman did offer us our money back but when told that we noticed the other property had just been cleaned and could we stay at the other property because of this very heavy inconvenience, we were told "NO". Honestly, I just asked her to see if she was really sorry about the inconvenience us having to pack up and find somewhere else to stay on Thanksgiving Day. She genuinely did not care obviously. So, we, again, had to pack up on Thanksgiving with nowhere to go and hurry to find another place to stay with our small children. I did my best not to let them ruin our holiday even though she got into an argument with my husband because he wanted an explanation on why we had no running water. This turned out to be a nightmare and no remorse from them. Thanksgiving being ruined, interrupted, and inconvenienced. had nowhere togo & pack up with our children.
