"We chose SABAI to end our trip for the peace and quiet it advertises. However, on one of the days we stayed here, the hotel accepted an exceptionally large group of really loud partygoers that really ruined the experience. I talked to the manager and explained my discontent, which she understood, and offered a discount. At checkout, the discount was forgotten, and I ended up having to argue with staff who gave us 20% off of one night, which is peanuts. Very disappointing. I hope that management...

"This is a very cool resort on a lush jungle island. Most of the rooms are treehouse bungalows, and there are a few waterfront bungalows with infinity pools. Not really a desitnation to bring kids, more a romantic getaway. Will definitley return."

"The location was beautiful and relaxing (except music drifting over from Cholon during midday) for a family vacation with children. The staff were very friendly and good at their jobs. The food was good. The location can be hard to reach by car after a heavy rain."

"My stay exceeded my expectations, they have Excellent customer service, from the arrival at check in, the boy greeted us with some hand towels and then took the suitcases, super attentive, Carlos at check in made us feel super special, Yeimi who accompanied us to get ready comfortable until it arrives until they gave us the room, all the waiters and waitresses, the bartenders and those who bring you the drinks, excellent service, the room service guy was super friendly, very grateful for the service of Ronald who was our waiter at our special birthday dinner in Portofino, Antonio the manager Very attentive, Mike in animation, Ivan Torres manager always very attentive and attentive to clients... and many more that I don't remember their names made our stay wonderful.. Good food and drink like the installation.. recommended and I know I will return..10/10"
