「Jessica and Ruben are great people and hosts. As others have written, Ruben's breakfasts are hard to beat, even in 5-star hotels! The property's proximity to the south entrance to El Yunque is a primary reason we selected it. Anyone considering staying here should understand that the accommodations are stylish but basic. 「Pagamos las casitas, me gustó porque es tranquilo y cómodo. La limpieza no estaba mal, pero habian varias cosas que podian estar mejor, como el baño. La tuberia estaba un poco tapada y la bañera u el lava manos se tapaba. Pero me gusto lo comodo que es para la familia.」

「Liked we had our own parking. Liked having extra towels. Liked how secure the doors were. Liked the washers and dryers even tho this trip I didn’t need them, but maybe next time. Liked the curtain over our front door. Liked the brand new iron. Liked the hot water in the shower. Didn’t like that our remote was broken, didn’t like the light above the bed, it was too close and I kept hitting my head with it. Lol 」

「There is a bit of a musty smell on some of the floors (noticed on floor 2& 3), lobby was beautiful, bathrooms nicely updated. Resort fees should be included up front in cost of room- were extra $45 USD/day. Hotel is directly across the street from airport runway, planes were quite loud when at pool. In rooms, much less plane noise (as double patio doors) but good idea to bring ear plugs. Beach was beautiful, pool nice and warm.」
