We have stayed here multiple times now and even though I am a Hilton diamond member we choose this hotel for their biggest feature. Their staff. Everyone is friendly and very observant to ask do you need anything. They keep the hotel immaculate and no matter what crazy thing you may need they at least check to see.
There are a few small things that could be better.
1. Provide a large trash bag in each room since housekeeping service is now at the post Covid era every 3 days.
2. We stay in róom 311 due to my wife's mobility issues and they are always great to make sure if it's available we get it. The issue is the security peephole is glazed over and you can't see through it. I have mentioned this 3 times now so we will see if it gets addressed.
3. They have a small market in their hotelwhich is good.
Add milk for travelers with small children

Biggest issue is the pool temperature. I am aware that Ky Board of Health regulates what they can hold it to. The problem is that on the edges it is that but because the pool,while not huge still holding a significant amount of water the middle is so cold that my grandson gets to shaking and can't enjoy the pool. This is one of the main reasons we stay here. Please try to check the actual water temp,not just the setting on the heater.
All said we will continue to stay there until the staff isn't their greatest asset but I don't see that happening.
