"Stylish, spotless and well-appointed location a 10-min walk from the old city. Spacious room, excellent and accommodating staff, cheap laundry machines, great breakfast. My only knock is that rooftop pool was only open until 7pm and that area has some ugly bunched-up astroturf issues. Overall, this place is an outstanding value."

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"I stayed 5 nights , the apartment is very clean , kitchen very good , wifi working well , bed is very comfortable . The location is great , walkable to old city and markets , the area is very safe , lots of restaurants around and supermarket is a short walk . The communication with the host was great , she answers right away and very helpful . There is a tour office and cafeteria in the first floor of the building which were also great. Highly recommended place "

"Very large rooms with lovely bathroom, big shower area. The mattress was extremely comfortable! Lovely pool & many options for a delicious breakfast. Location is very good, short walk to night markets. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel and room were clean, new and well-kept. The cleaning service was prompt and thorough too. The staff was polite and obliging. The breakfast which came with the booking was delicious. It was in the Old City and within walking distance to many temples, dining options, massage services and just about anything. Such a pleasant experience we had! Thank you, Cheeva Dee!
