"We stayed 17 nights in a spacious, spotlessly clean garden villa overlooking a pool (there are multiple pools) which was serviced daily by happy and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! We ate for an hour everyday overlooking the ocean and to the sound of crashing waves. Food is cooked to order as well as a buffet. All the food is delicious and all the staff are lovely. Reception staff speak good English and kindly organised a motor bike for us at a good price. Location is very good. On the beach, yes close to the tourist Bang Niang Night Market but better still is the Local Market open everyday from 2pm. This market sells delicious Local Thai food, fruit, vegetables and clothes. It is located behind Mini C and Tesco Lotus, near petrol station, about 3 km north from Ayara Villas. Thankyou to all staff for a wonderful stay."

"Great hotel, close enough to Kohlak Center to grab a taxi on the run and on the beach for some sun and sea. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Food was very good while also being close enough to local restaurants to eat out. Pool were always clean and fun, all in all a 10/10 experience "
