"This property was a great place. Nice and quiet. I really enjoyed the impeccable service and how the Cross Application made it easy to request for services. Special thanks to the Bellman who help me with getting to an ATM nearby to withdraw cash. The staff was very helpful and my villa was perfect with great vibes. I would stay here again. "

"My family had a wonderful stay here — perfect for those wanting a peaceful, quiet vacation. The resort itself is beautiful & serene with so many plants & animals surrounding the villa. Our room was equipped with all the necessary amenities and when needed additional appliance (iron), they were able to satisfy our request. This resort has been here over 18 years yet it looks brand new because it’s maintained very well — beach, pool and other common areas are cleaned / renovated constantly....

"I went in the low season. Hard to beat this place, views were incredible. Very quiet and mellow. For the price I don't think you can beat it, and I'm surprised how few reviews it has. It's a new hotel. No it's not Pattaya "party town" but still worth it. Thumbs up!"

"I book a 2 bedrooms suite. The suite is so beautiful and service is 6 stars. I book from Expedia so I received a VIP service that’s included the vip lounge on the 8th floor. Check in and check is very quick. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely come back to Dusit Thani hotel. Highly recommended! "

"Everything about this property is just awesome. The breakfast is made fresh with multiple options. Has several food options near by. Pretty walkable to all happening places like Pattaya Tree Town/ Night Market & famous walking street. Staff are friendly. If i ever go back will definitely book with them"

"The staff, amenities, and pool were absolutely perfect—everything exceeded expectations. The room service and the Indian restaurant were exceptionally delicious. A special thanks to the front staff for recommending the Indian restaurant! However, the food at the poolside restaurant was a bit disappointing and could use some improvement. "As I arrived, the entrance and pool view was quite impressive. When checking in, I requested a quiet room, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My room was quiet, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. Upon my departure, I was stuck with a valet that hadn't shown up for my ride to BKK airport and the staff immediately booked me a ride that came within 15 minutes. Incredible :) Any requests or issues were tended to near immediately, as well! Every time I left to go to grappling or the mall for food or entertainment, the staff were always smiling and friendly whether in the halls or the general reception area. I highly recommend the property and look forward to returning! "
