There’s a split system air conditioner for year round comfort and a gas heater for the cooler months.

The adjoining dining room boasts views of Mount Buninyong from the vintage 6 seater dining table under an orange glass teardrop pendant light, as well as colourful patterned rugs that evoke nostalgic memories of yesteryear.

Midway between Ballarat CBD and Buninyong and close to bush walks, shops and Sovereign Hill, it’s a 10 minute drive from central Ballarat. It’s a 4 min stroll to nearby Midvale Shopping Centre in Mount Clear for supplies.

The No. 21 bus stops very close by, a 20min ride to and from Ballarat’s Railway Station. Sovereign Hill is a stop along the way.

Federation Uni/Technology Park and the delightful village of Buninyong are just down the road and also on the bus line.

Walk or cycle 5min to either the Canadian Creek bike/walking path or Woowookarung Regional Park and its bushland mountain bike and walking trails that meander through grass trees and wildflowers.
