"Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. I like the quiet location, but yet close enough to the city centre that we could walk. We'd walk to the Dockland shop area for breakfast, then continue walking into the city centre for our destinations. We also found it to be a safe location. We had to message the host before arriving asking for check-in instructions because none were sent prior and we wanted to make sure that everything was good before arriving. "I stayed here for one week: Feb 2025. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the entire place is spotlessly clean, and the room is incredibly well organized. My room was small - like a very posh college dorm😂 - but I never felt cramped because the layout and design was so well done. Bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend!"

Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!"

"Great room for a quick stay, location is convenient and the facility has a market, food hall and bus station located onsite. They also offer free parking. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for your stay. A few things for attention, the rooms do not have a thermostat for air conditioning, however there are windows to open if necessary. The beds are twin size and and not as comfortable as you may hope for if you are a tall individual. Very happy with our stay!"

"The hotel's staff were super nice and accommodating, the only problem was one of the hotel's shuttle drivers from the Dublin Airport to the hotel. He was extremely rude to non-white travelers, claiming he was the wrong shuttle to the Clayton hotel while ushering white travelers on board. After everyone got on he muttered "b*astards" to himself. Other than that the hotel was great!"
