「Good value for money. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel shows its age but is in good condition, very clean rooms and has a nice pool and duck pond. I would definitely recommend it as it is good value for money.」

「Our stay at Mark and Allyson’s place was fantastic! Well situated with everything we needed. Pool was very nice to have, and the birds in the yard were incredible. We had a daily toucan visit us. Will definitely be back! Loved it.」

「The location of the property is beautiful, set back from the road and elevated for a great view of the Pacific. We particularly enjoyed the Happy Hour each day at 5:00 to enjoy the fabulous sunsets. The pool, the colorful plants, the toucans, tanagers, orapendulas and numerous other birds added so much to our visit. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our 5 days spent at Cristal Ballena were top notch!」

「Non facile individuare il sito sprovvisto di insegne ben chiare sulla strada. La location nonostante bella e immersa nel verde è troppo vicina alla strada nazionale. Colazione scarsa e personale disinteressato. Il sentiero dall'albergo per accedere a piedi alla spiaggia è poco curato e con alcuni divieti parziali. Viene permesso l'accesso alla piscina anche a persone non ospitate nell'hotel probabilmente famigliari dei dipendenti. Sicuramente da apprezzare le stanze spaziose e immerse nella...
