「I recently stayed at the Hotel Uvita Forest for two nights and had a comfortable stay. The accommodation is very modern, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, great air conditioning and a comfy bed. There is a pool area that is shared between the rooms and the villas, with sun loungers and areas to sit around it. 「Staff very friendly and helpful, peaceful setting, wonderful views from room, dining area and the pool, which was great! Place in ceiling where there has been a leak needs to be addressed due to what appears to be mold, but overall this was a wonderful restorative stay and we hope to return!」

「1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...
