The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. "Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful. "Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no warning before we came that it would be closed. Otherwise our stay was a very pleasant one! "
