"The room was not in sleeping and resting conditions. I checked in on June 3rd and checked right out. I explained to the receptionist that there was a lizard in the room and the bed sheets were soiled, there seemed to be mice poop in the pillows. "The cabin was well-equipped, even luxurious, with a great view. Esmeralda, our cook and staff person, couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The grounds are peaceful with great bird watching. "The room originally given to us was not ready so room service put us in the room next door. The there is a giant frosted window to the hallway and the light is always on so your room stays well lit at night too. The sheets on both beds had some reddish brown droplets dried on them. The sheets and towels were scratchy and it feels like there is a plastic cover on the mattress it self. Then they said they only did business with booking.con. i ANEVER DO i polutelt remibdd them of my first book with them. DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMWRS. Not only did they want me to pay again, they wanted at a higher rate. I refused and had to seek where to go at this late hour. Very inconvenient, and sure to cost more than with orbitz online....
