Une description sur le site qui prête à confusion car le bain à remous et non compris dans le prix Rapport qualité/prix excessivement cher pour la région. She went out of her way to make our stay more difficult than it needed to be and was constantly quoting regulations and insurance policies to justify her lack of customer service. Considering we were there for a wedding and booked almost the entire hotel, I feel she could have been much more welcoming."
