"The hotel is right opposite the Amanohashidate station. The room was great and all should try the onsen. Staff speaks limited English but they are still very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is wonderful. Check out the spread of Japanese seafood items and the fish miso soup. Do plan for your dinner as many shops are closed after 5pm."

Full Japanese ryokan room with the most luxurious 2 person open air granite ofuro I have ever seen let alone enjoyed with a delightful garden beyond. We chose this place to unwind from the crowds of Kyoto and we could not have made a better choice. Service was impecable. Can I give it a 6?
