"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Loved our stay here and will book again if we’re coming back to Les Houches. It’s in walking distance to the slopes, has ample parking and we loved the access to the pool and spa. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings.
