「They upgraded our room when they found out it was our wedding night. Everything was so nice, the room was extremely clean and beautiful 」

「The suite we stayed in was spacious. Maid service is only once weekly, but when we contacted them about getting additional toilet paper, they were very responsive. The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We were not able to get the TV in the bedroom to work. The sofa queen bed in the living room was all broken down. My husband had to put boards under the mattress to support it enough so he could use the bed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked.」

「The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I loved the music as I walked in and the shower and robes were lovely. The staff was friendly and it was so convenient to have a restaurant on property. The coffee was also good! I loved that it was served until midnight - a nice touch for writers. 」

「The Constance is so cute! We loved the aesthetic of the building and its proximity to town. We were able to walk to dinner, and Lenox is full of great food spots. The room itself was a great size, with beautiful green walls and old wooden furniture. The shower was to die for and I loved how they had Roku set up in the hotel room where you can sign into your own accounts and they would wipe your account from the tv when you left. 「部屋は、暗く清潔感は感じられなかった。ベッドの上、バスルームの窓枠に虫がいたりカーテンが幅広くないのでシャワーのお湯が外にはねてしまった。 値段も場所柄か高かった。タングルウッドまで近いが、正直、次は泊まりたくない。 受付の人は感じが良かったので残念でした。近くにスーパーがあるので水や食べ物が買えたのは良かった。」
