"We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "

"We had a lovely stay at this aparthotel. It’s in a great location and feels safe. The bathroom has a slight smell as it probably needs better ventilation and it was noisy in the mornings by workmen but apart from that - it was great!"

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "Upon arrival there were a few minor maintenance issues. Broken curtain, broken toilet seat and we were told maintenance would come to fix but they never did even though we stayed for 2 nights. Other than that the apartment is spacious, comfortable, with food amenities. "

"We come to Madrid quite a lot and always book this hotel. We truly feel like we’re home, it is right in plaza España and a walk away from gran via. If you’d like it is also walkable to other parts of town like Salamanca and el Prado (if you don’t mind walking long distances). The staff is quite lovely, we couldn’t love this place more! "
