Angel was very accommodating and kind to us, giving us a crib for our son and coming right away to the apartment when we had an issue. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The main lounge/living area is perfect for relaxing and the multiple windows give fascinating views of the busy street life below. "Very accessible location within 3 minutes of a metro station and a bus stop right across the street. Several little shops nearby and a little supermarket around the corner helped us save quite a bit in restaurant money. We did struggle finding parking in the area, though (we rented a car to travel to little towns nearby, which would have taken forever to get to using public transportation.) "We found this to be a wonderful little apartment in a great location. The host had excellent communication and was as helpful as possible with our requests. It’s a two-minute walk from Puerto del Sol, and it’s easy to get everywhere. My only comment is about the shower on the lower floor - absolutely brilliant water pressure but the floor gets ridiculously wet. I would definitely stay here again."
