"This is an upstairs apartment. The stairs are somewhat steep, but we are both in our 70’s and did just fine. Angel had a nice welcoming note for us, with a bottle of wine. The apartment had everything we needed, even an extra bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. There was a fully stocked kitchen and even a nice dining room table. "We enjoyed our stay at the Midwest modern home in Austin, MN. Communication with owner was quick and easy. We appreciated the extra towels we requested! Thank you. A couple of thoughts, though. We could only find a partial roll of TP … not enough for 2 people for 3 days. A grab bar in the shower would be a nice safety feature, as would a rail on the back step. Getting in and out with our luggage was tricky! "

"We enjoyed our stay at Happy Days log cabin. We had an usually warm day in March, and the kids loved going kayaking! They also took advantage of the hot chocolate station while the adults enjoyed the tea and coffee. The hosts were very accommodating and prompt to respond to questions. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The game room was awesome! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!"

The neighborhood was very peaceful with easy access to a grocery store. This location is also a very quick drive to Rochester. Amazing communication with host when I had questions. "The house was older, but somewhat updated. The house was older but safe and secure. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, the counters, floors, frig, stove and tables were dirty. There were many finishing touches that were not done in the house, and it just seemed to be rushed through. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this one was at the bottom of that list. Overall, it was a good stay, but I don't think we'll be back. "

"Oak Cabin was a nice little stay near the center of Albert Lea. It is close to the lake and the hospital. I stayed here for work a work trip and loved it. the kitchen was spacious, the bed was super comfy and the bathtub was perfect for soaking! Plenty of extra blankets for cold days, as well as a tv and a cabinet full of books and boardgames. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Okay. So this house is owned by someone who no longer lives in MN. A cleaning company/person was hired to clean the house but when we got there the house was clean in the sense that there wasn’t trash or belongings everywhere but the house was filthy in the sense that there were cobwebs everywhere, literally everywhere. Dust on everything. The beds didn’t have proper sheets on them and some had holes. The freezer had items that looked old and gross. I informed the property owner so she was aware...
