"I have stayed at this property multiple times and overall I would say I am a big fan. The rooms are spacious with a living room area and a bed along with a big shower area. The only issues I have faced with this property is it is difficult to find street parking and all the times I stayed there I had issues with the internet in my room as I was working from there"

"We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...

"Our stay was perfect! Our kids (8,6 and 4) had a blast with all the animals - Guinea pigs, bunnies, new kittens. Anita was a fantastic hostess. She always had suggestions for us of things to do in the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It was such a relaxing and lovely place. A fantastic swing on the top of the hillside, a pool overlooking the valley. They even built a fire for us one night. The history of the house is amazing. Die Tipps rund um Steyr waren viel Wert und aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage (man kann alles zu Fuss unternehmen), ist es für Menschen welche Cafés, gutes Essen in einer schönen Kulisse mögen der perfekte Aussichtspunkt.
