This unique place has a style all its own.A backyard oasis with a pizza oven, pool, pool house and more! Stunning white Kitchen opens up to living room with stone fireplace and family room.Master suite includes steam shower, separate tub and double vanities.Guest suite with full bath on main plus half bath near kitchen. TV room, 3-car garage. Less than 10mins away from restaurants & malls, 15 mins away from attractions. We are able to accommodate a larger number of guests

We are in a family friendly neighborhood, and respect the area and all of our neighbors. We expect all of our guests to do the same. Quiet Hours are in effect from 10pm-11am.

Fun intown stay
Fun intown stay for friends gathering. Communication was glitchy due property management team set up and team member hand off. But overall a good experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this house, and my friends and I had a phenomenal time. The pool and outdoor patio were fantastic and the house was well maintained.

Urban Oasis
This estate is essentially a private luxury hotel. Plenty of room for a large group, with space, amenities and convenience to make the stay away from home pleasantly comfortable. The property manager, Liz, was a delight to work with.

Beautiful Buckhead Home!
We had a group of friends and family stay for the Oregon Georgia game and had a wonderful stay! The management team for this home is outstanding!! Dwight met us at the house to let us in and do a walkthrough and Nicole and Liz from Premier Villa Rentals were excellent communicators for any problems or requests we had. We were able to check in early at 1:00 and thankfully they let us check out at noon rather than the standard 11:00. There were a few things that could be improved for this property: The kitchen should be better appointed, ie… Plates, bowls, glasses and flatware for at least 16, 20 would be better. Plastic wrap, foil, baggies, food storage containers. Cooking utensils, cheese grater, rubber spatulas, wooden spoons. There were a few things that weren’t working: The ice maker outside wasn’t working and the small one in the fridge couldn’t keep up with demand. The hot tub didn’t heat but the pool was a great temperature and we used it all weekend! As I stated earlier, we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend it!
