Excelente atención de parte del personal, muy limpio, el cuarto muy bonito y los productos de baño de muy buena calidad. Lo que no me gustó es que se escucha mucho el ruido de la plaza, las ventanas no son sonorizadas. Y las almohadas están ricas pero muy grandes por lo que terminas con el cuello chueco y adolorido.

El hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado y solo tienen un diminuto abanico de espiral que no funciona, hay un calor insoportable todos los días de la estancia tuvimos problemas con el internet y la cortina se desprendió no hay ventanas y no es barato no es un hotel boutique es inadmisible que no cuenten con un buen abanico de techo o aire acondicionado ya que ni siquiera por medio de una ventana se puede uno refrescar te pasas sudando la noche fue espantoso tampoco proporcionan agua suficiente si no se pide por ella y el problema del internet es también increíble me decepcionó esta situación a pesar de que las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien decoradas también las almohadas son una piedra de duras pasé tres noches con dificultad para descansar no lo recomendaré ojalá puedan influir para solucionar esta problemática o que al menos lo adviertan para no ser engañados
