"The property exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have is that some of the entries in their complementary guidebook led to some wasted time due to inaccuracies. I would definitely go to this accomodation again but I hope by then they have updated their book. Also there's the apparent fact that no public onsen seem to be in the area, so you should probably plan for going to hakone yamoto (hope I spelled that right) to get access to those. There actually is a small public one near this...

"This place was amazing. This was a picked based on location to Mt Fuji and nothing else. Due to other factors , visiting around Hakone and other places closer to Mt Fuji didn’t occur, but we found other gems. My wife and I loved it and so did the kids. The windie road getting there, was interesting, but really just another part of the fun. Thank you so much. We hope to come back again some day."

"チェックイン前に施設側に電話をした時に外国の方がでて日本語のやり取りが上手くいかず本当にチェックイン出来るのか不安になりましたが無事チェックインできて安心しました。お風呂が3つありどれも大変気持ちよく入る事ができて家族でいい思い出ができました。とても広いので次は友人家族と来たいと思います。"

とてもよかったです

"チェックインはフロントの方が教えてくださったのでキオスクで初めてできました。とはいっても、やってもらっていた時間が多かったですが。恐縮でした。エレベーターも３台あるので待たなければいけないことありません。ただベッドは固めでした。それ以外はとても快適でまた利用すると思います。場所は小田原駅から歩いて３分以内で便利。８階でしたが、エレベーターの騒音、おとなり、上の方の騒音等全くありませんでした。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。"

"We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."
