"The communication with the host was very difficult. Could not find the place or the host for several hours. Still cleaning a 10pm when we arrive. Advertising 4 adults: it only had one bed room and no supplies (kitchen or bathroom). A very poor experience. "

"The apartment had everything needed for comfortable living. The only downside was the lack of an AC unit in the bedroom. There was only one unit in the living room which did not have enough cooling power to service the entire apartment. Everything else was wonderful. Full kitchen was a big plus for us. "

"Great apartment withe all the home comforts. Very warm rooms even with only one radiator on in winter. Let me check in much earlier than 2pm which was a lifesaver as it was -15c."

"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. "
