"This hotel was the highlight of the 4 hotels that we stayed in during our two week visit. We had a very large room (double twin) that allowed us to open up our suitcases. Room was clean, smelled fresh, had a beautiful view of the stream and maple trees changing colors. They provided yukatas and slippers to wear around the property, which most other people wore to breakfast and dinner. The property was recently renovated a few years ago and is very nice. "Beautiful venue, kind and attentive staff that are very welcoming and friendly. Easy to reserve the private onsen and very good amenities. The food was delicious but if you are a traveler with food allergies i would recommend confirming with the staff before and during your stay. They will accommodate your needs, however, we had to remind the staff of my partners food allergies a few times as the menu did not initially follow the food restrictions.
