Cute Asheville apartment
This was located beneath their house. Everything was nicely clean and presentable. I slept in the bedroom, which was very comfortable. My mom enjoyed the little nook. They had good amenities that support you during the summer (fans) or winter (heater). We saw them outside when we arrived. Very friendly people that were open to any requests. Quick to respond on the vrbo app if need anything.

Excellent Stay
We had an incredible stay here. It was comfortable and a very convenient location. Our second to last day we had disaster strike involving us losing our car keys, wallet, etc. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and wonderful. We’d absolutely stay here again

Great way to visit Ashville
Apartment was clean, very nice inside. Located in a cool little neighborhood. Short Uber ride to everywhere downtown. We didn’t have a chance to interact with the hosts but check in/out was very easy and they’ve been very responsive ever since booking. Enjoyed it very much.

Cozy Retreat
I brought my older parents to Asheville primarily to tour the Biltmore Estate, and also check out Asheville in general. Meka and David’s cozy Grayscott apartment did not disappoint! It was very clean and comfy upon arrival, and had everything we needed. We were so happy to be so close to everything (I mean, literal minutes!) Meka greeted us, and was so very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It’s a quiet, cozy location, located so closely to everything you could want to see. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Meka and David, for sharing your beautiful home :)

Peaceful, private, and lovely designed spot!
What an adorable place! My son and I traveled down from PA to buy a car and it was the perfect space for the 2 of us. You can tell all the touches were created with a loving design including the appealing and useful storage spaces, cozy bed pod, built in bed reading lights, gorgeous bathroom, and private entrance. Love the beautiful kitchen area with live-edge wood. I especially loved that this place was so well equipped with all we needed. And YAY for comfy beds! Nothing beats a good bed when traveling. Meka and David were also so responsive and attentive. Lots of good material and brochures for finding places to visit and eat. This place is tucked away in a neighborhood so very quiet, too.

WONDERFUL WEEKEND
The ground level apartment was perfect for a 2 day weekend visiting the Biltmore with my 83 yo mother and sister. Parking right outside the private entrance was fantastic. The beds were super comfy! My mom slept in the sleeping pod which was perfect ! The bathroom and kitchen were both decorated wonderfully. Everything we needed was available !!! Thanks Meka for making a cozy get away !!

Great Location For Biltmore
We had a wonderful stay at GrayScott Garden Cottage. It’s very close to Biltmore Estate. We highly recommend the two day pass to explore the estate, winery and grounds. GrayScott is also close to the Grove Park Inn where we saw the sunset and had dinner. Access to the Blue Ridge parkway is just a few minutes away. The cottage itself is beautiful. We loved the wooden countertops and shelves in the kitchen. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.
