"The service of this place was amazing, especially the two gentlemen that covers the front. I can’t remember one of the gentlemen name, but he went out of his way to help us with requests and accommodations. The place was clean and spacious and in an area where it was centralized to different stations. Highly recommended. "

"Excellent stay at Mimaru Suites. The two bedroom suite had plenty of space for our family. Plenty of amenities both in-suite and on the property. Excellent location walking distance to all Asakusa sites as well as Sumida River. My only issue was how close we were to the train line which we could hear in the early morning hours. Make sure to ask for a room away from the noise. Otherwise a great stay! "

"Stayed here in 2018 with good memories of its nice roof top overlooking Skytree and Asakusa, spacious interiors, great size bathroom. So we chose this hotel again. Too bad similar bigger affordable king room types were occupied because of new year. Only smaller king room was available. But the room size in this hotel is considered bigger in general, so it is still not bad. "We loved the place. We cooked A4 wagyu steak in the room. There is an all in one washer and dryer in room! The main Asakusa area was 10-15 minutes walking distance. You can catch the bus and walk less but we decided it would be better to just walk. "

"Visiting from the US. Exceptional hotel!!! Love the courteous staff, clean modern facilities, spacious rooms, and the inclusive sky lounge for guests. We had a room with 3 beds. "A perfect place to stay in Asakusa. The breakfast had lot of choices, but they did not have a lot of options for those with dietary issues. I was expecting that they will at least have soy milk available. Overall, we loved our stay in this hotel especially dining and shopping options, accessibility to transport system. "

"Overall it was a great hotel. The only thing is, it’s quite far from the station and bus stop. A bit of a walk to a convenience store too. However, this was our second time stay at this hotel. We chose this again because of its quiet atmosphere. But yeah, just the walk back to the hotel was hard. "

"PROS Very cozy room but plenty of space under the bed for storing baggage. Lots of useful information on the TV home screen (WIFI password, checkout details, room cleaning schedule, public bath crowd size, etc.) Multiple power outlets, including USB. Quick walk to train stations. Unbeatable choice if attending a sumo match at the nearby stadium. Also perfect for visiting the Edo-Tokyo Museum when it reopens after the renovations conclude. Excellent Lawson convenience store located on the second floor. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. DRAWBACKS - Taller folks might find the bathroom module challenging. - Not enough elevators for the number of people in such a large hotel usually trying to reach the lobby at checkout time. - Stairs only for emergencies above the second floor. "

"I had a decent experience at this hotel. The customer service was satisfactory, though the hotel can get quite busy. One of the standout features is its innovative self-check-in technology, which makes the process smooth and efficient. For those who do not speak the local language, it's important to note that the washing and drying machines are located on the 14th floor inside the onsen area, with only one machine available in both the ladies' and men's sections. However, there are laundromats within walking distance that are well-kept, and when we used them, they weren’t overly busy. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including brushes, hair ties, yukata, and slippers, which added comfort to the stay. The location is decent, and having a restaurant café downstairs made grabbing a meal easy. Overall, it’s a decent option with a few minor inconveniences to keep in mind."

"This hotel is a 5-star 3-star hotel. Not fancy, but very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great staff, who were very helpful and welcoming. Amazing location out of the craziness of Tokyo but easy to get to all the main tourist attractions. Will gladly stay there again "
