"This is a budget accommodation where for a reasonable price you can get a room with private bathroom; therefore, expect a far from spotless decoration, wonky bits and dodgy appliances. "The place is close to the metro that goes everywhere in the city. There is a supermarket nearby, cafes and everything a tourist needs. The staff members are very nice. The room is in good condition. The balcony is very important for those who smoke."

"The room was clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to kettle and microwave. There were cups, plates etc to use. The check in was confusing. No instructions sent on how to get in through the main door. Main door was locked. Reception on 3rd floor so they had no idea we were there trying to access the property. Got in because one of the tenants came out through the front door and let us in. Was a bit stressful "

"I would never use this place again. No instructions as to what to do on arrival, no lobby or reception area at street level. I was only able to get sorted because a resident was entering and assisted me in contacting the person supposedly on duty. The following things were advertised and non existent: Breakfast, terrace and in my case no television. Keep away "

"Ein Gästehaus das keinerlei Service hat. Die Kaffeemaschine die dort für alle Gäste stand funktionierte nicht. Dort gibt es keinen Empfang also war niemand dort zu sehen um sich darum zu kümmern. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gemacht (4 Nächte). Die Gegend ist zwar nicht per se laut, aber es gab Gäste die auf der Dachterrasse laut redeten, da die Zimmer oben in der Nähe sind, war es dort laut. Die Dachterasse ist aber sehr gut, schöne Aussicht. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Also, das Boa Nova ist...

"Stayed at the guest house for about 2 weeks. I have no complaints. It was very clean and quite. The property manager was there each day to clean. Even asked if there was anything he could do or if I needed anything to accommodate the stay. He also Spoke very good English which helped out. I may end up rebooking on my way back thru Portugal. It was a pleasure. Much Thanks! "

"Super comfortable and clean rooms, really suitable for anyone who wants a discreet stay in the city of Lisbon. It’s very central right next to the green line so easy to get to the airport. And also to cais de sodres which was convenient for me and my partner to get to Setúbal. The hotel assistance was always very fast and helpful and the bathrooms were so nice and clean would recommend."

Great location and wonderful stay

"Such a lovely place in a great central location. Really helpful staff. Substantial buffet style breakfast and the option of a microwave and kitchen facilities for the rest of the time too. Would definitely stay again if in Lisbon."

"The staff was phenomenal. The front desk management, to the dining staff at breakfast, and our Bartender Jefferson Ferreira were all amazing. All were extremely Professional along with helpful, & kind,. And they all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. If I had to suggest anything it would be perhaps toiletries without any perfumes, an iron, and coffee machine in rooms. Besides that, everything was perfect , clean, and tasteful. We made friends with the staff, and made great memories. Definately recommend. "
