Apesar de ter reservado um quarto duplo superior fui alocada num quarto triplo, como estava hospedada sozinha isto não fez muita diferença pra mim. No entanto, no segundo dia de hospedagem foi informado um problema no ar condicionado do meu quarto, fato que não havia observado nos dois dias de hospedagem, e que eu teria que mudar de quarto. Fiz a mudança de boa, mas fui realocada para o único quarto localizado no último andar do hotel que é a área de lazer do hotel. O quarto não tinha identificação na porta e a numeração na chave estava escrita à mão. O quarto além de não ter o padrão dos outros, qdo estava no banho a água quente deixava de cair por um tempo e depois voltava (ainda bem que era a água quente). Devido a circulação de ar no andar a porta do quarto ficava batendo, teve que calçar com um pedacinho de borracha. Apesar do ocorrido, continuo considerando um bom hotel e voltarei outras vezes.

Com certeza,não vale a nota que tem na plataforma
O hotel ostenta uma nota 8,2 (Muito bom), na plataforma, o que está longe de ser realidade. Nosso quarto era no quinto andar, e aparentemente o lugar estava com um problema de esgoto, todo o andar fedia muito. Chegamos até a ver funcionários jogando bom ar no corredor, o que não ajudava. O café da manhã é outro ponto bem fraco, com itens sem reposição, frios e opções que não atendem a todos. Já a recepção para check in o check out conta com funcionários educados e simpáticos, mas o atendimento é bem devagar e sem atenção aos pedidos solicitados na reserva, como as camas separadas. Não me hospedaria novamente e não recomendo.

Ótimo hotel, com excelente localização!
O hotel tem ótimas instalações e os quartos são bastante confortáveis. Tudo novo e bem conservado. A recepção no check in foi muito boa e estava tudo conforme a reserva. O único ponto a ser melhorado é quanto a reposição dos produtos no café da manhã. Tinha uma boa variedade de opções de produtos no café mas algumas frutas tinham pouca reposição.
